How we work

Our structural assurance framework: the same three checks on every project, whatever its size.

The three checks we run on every site

Check 1 of 3

53 Grade OPC and Fe500D TMT

Certified materials only

Direct procurement of 53 Grade OPC cement, Fe500D primary TMT bars (Tata Tiscon, Jindal Panther, SAIL), and screened aggregate.

Check 2 of 3

Day 7Day 14Day 28

Stage-wise quality audits

Cube compression testing at 7, 14, and 28 days for all concrete batches, along with slump cone verification before each pour.

Check 3 of 3

Photo logBilled against progress

Digital milestone tracking

Real-time progress reporting, photo logs, and transparent milestone-linked billing matching actual site progress.

From drawing to handover

  1. Foundation. Grid, levels and soil conditions are checked before a single footing is cast.
  2. Structure. Columns, beams and slabs go up to the structural drawing, with reinforcement inspected before each pour.
  3. Masonry. Walls rise to line and level, so doors, windows and finishes fit cleanly.
  4. Openings and services. Window frames, electrical conduits and plumbing lines are fixed before finishing starts.
  5. Interiors. Ceilings, woodwork, lighting and paint, done by the team that built the shell.
  6. Handover. A joint walkthrough, snag list closed out, and final drawings and documents handed over.
